I am excited to branch out into another genre of photography! Headshots are an invaluable tool to make you stand out from others to help you achieve your goals!  Using my experience in volume and team photography, I want to help you portray yourself in a way that helps you reach your maximum potential.  

If you are interested, here is some information on my headshots offerings.

• Cost for a headshot session is $65*, to be prepaid with 24 hours of photo session.  A headshot session is for 1 person only and will last up to 45 minutes.  During that time, changes in backgrounds are likely to occur as well as changes in lighting to make you look your best and give different options. Session fee will be forfeited if there is a no-show for the photo session.  (A no-show includes being more than 15 minutes late, without prior notification and consent to continue with appointment.) Full or partial forfeiture of session fee may occur if session has to be rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled photo session.  
  • Extra time may incur an additional charge of $15 per 15-munute block, payable prior to photo delivery.  Additional time will only be available if schedule allows.  
• Each photo session includes 1 complimentary "image".  An "image" is considered a digital file sized for printing as an 8"x10" print and a digital file of that same photo sized for social media or web use.  (A full resolution photo may be released upon special request.  However, see rights section below.)
• If additional images are desired, they are $30 each*, payable prior to delivery of photos.
• If extensive retouching is required, there will be an additional charge.
• Selection of delivered images may occur at end of session or may be posted to private password protected online gallery for selection at a later time.
• Any requests for images after 1 year from the photos session are subject to a file restoration fee.
• Images will be delivered to client through electronic means.  
• Photos will be taken in my mobile photography studio at my location.  Please contact me for requests to do headshots at another location.  A travel fee will apply however.  
• Rights - S. Carter Action Images retains full usage rights.  Client is granted full usage rights, with the exception that images cannot be resold and prints larger than 19 inches on the longest side are prohibited.  S. Carter Action Images retains the right for image prints larger than 19 inches on the longest side.

*All prices include sales tax
